TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Art. 1

These Terms apply to any sale agreement by a visitor to this site, hereinafter called "customer", concluded with Verelena. These terms and conditions take precedence over all other terms and conditions of the customer. Additional conditions are excluded from the customer, unless this prior, written and expressly accepted by us.

ORDER

Art. 2

An agreement is validly established by the electronic transmission of the order by clicking the hyperlink "Agreement for this order", or by sending an email which implies an order.

DISCLAIMER

On our website, the articles and services are shown as clearly and truthfully as possible and described. Despite all our efforts, there are no faults in our offer. For consequences of typesetting or printing errors, defects, however we can not be held liable in pictures or interim changes in designs. All prices are informative and should always be confirmed by us. For the right price, you always take with us.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Art. 4

You have a cooling off period of 14 calendar days, starting the day after receipt of your order. During the cooling-off period, you are entitled to assess the ordered items for quality and performance, for example to check whether the delivered product is in conformity with our offer. However, if you used the product during the cooling off period, so that they are damaged, install or activate or if present Articles of use or -in his algemeenheid- if use during the cooling off period to determine that the articles we not again "as new" can be offered after they were returned by you, we can not accept returns for these items. Any costs for repair or to bring the articles in new state, will be brought without notice to repay the sum deducted. Would you think of the term to use, you need the supplied items undamaged - with all the accompanying accessory and in the original packaging and postage prepaid, along with a copy of the invoice, within 14 calendar days after receipt of items to send us back. Before returning, please call or e-mail to contact us. For certain items is no cooling off period. Also used or damaged items at delivery -in no damage has been reported by you - are not reversed. The right to cancel does not apply expressly for the following products: products established in accordance with your specifications;products which can not be returned due to their nature;products that can spoil or become obsolete;Articles of hygienic nature or that were packaged for hygienic reasons and who are no longer in their original, sealed packaging, or the packaging has been broken.

PAYMENT

Art. 5

Payment is always done electronically via credit card or bank transfer. Each order is payable immediately at the time of concluding the contract. When paying by bank transfer you will receive the ordered products only after receipt of the amount due.

DELIVERY

Art. 6

Deliveries made in principle within 10 days after payment via credit card or confirmation of payment by bank transfer or Paypal. Any delay in the implementation, where appropriate, give no right to compensation. If the item is not in stock, the entire order will be sent as soon as all items are in stock.

DISPUTES

Art. 7

All disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be governed by Belgian law. For all disputes arising out of this Agreement, the Court of the District of Tongeren is competent.

BINDING

Art. 8

With every order electronic products customer declares to be bound by these terms and conditions by ticking the checkbox "Agree". An electronic order without which agree, except for fraud, technically impossible that these conditions are still binding on the part of the customer.
