Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day after receipt by or on behalf of the consumer, then your order is final.
Do you want to cancel your purchase?
If you want to return your purchase, please contact our customer service by e-mail. Indicate that you want to return your product. Return the product, including all accessories, unused and undamaged in its original packaging. The product may only be opened or used to the extent that you wish to retain the product. Embroidery kits may not be opened.
Do not just send your product back without first contacting us. Since your order has not been canceled, invoicing will continue in that case.
Cost of return
The costs and the risk for the return are for your own account. We will refund you with the same payment method as you used to make the original transaction within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
